Deposit information

Earnest money deposit of $10,000 due at the time the contract is accepted.  The earnest money becomes non-refundable after 14 days.  The builder's deposit is non-refundable and is 10% of the purchase price plus 20% of the upgrades, and will be due 15 days from contract acceptance.
